The best stay in Budapest, definitely COMING BACK AGAIN HERE!! We travelled with dog. Friendly animals hotel (you have to pay a 20€ fee per night for the dog) Hotel was clean! No strange smells! We booked our stay with breakfast, it was fresh and delicious. A lot to choose from for the breakfast. They also had different menu every morning so you don’t eat the same again for breakfast- which was AWESOME! The hotel was VERY central, lot of shops and food restaurants next to the hotel. As well as a metro & train. The staff of the hotel was friendly and always helpful. The sauna and the fitness room was CLEAN! And very relaxing! There were also no people so we had the whole spa era only for us :D The rooms are small but ENOUGH! We had a good working air conditioning as well as windows blinds from the outside so can get to sleep in completely darkness, windows were also soundproof no noise from the outside. Bathroom was clean, the shower had enough space & was very comfortable. The hotel offers massages & facials. We booked 2 massage price was between 60-70€ for 60min. -very professional people that massaged us. We had a wonderful/relaxing stay in this hotel, definitely coming back again soon!

The location is perfect, the hotel is comfortable and the staff is very kind and helpful, doing the best he can to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast is good but has no verity as expected from this kind of hotel. In summary, we had a very good stay at the hotel, despite a slite inconveniences.

Hotel is in a great location. Beautiful reception areas. Very friendly and helpful staff. All very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Air conditioning worked really well, easy to adjust.

Lovely building and decor throughout the hotel. It is spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and very helpful,l friendly staff. We enjoyed the breakfast and the Sauna was a real treat. The location is very good. The cities' major sites are walkable or easily reached via the excellent public transport system including the Metro, Trollies and Buses which we had no problem accessing very close.

Everything was fantastic from the friendly staff, quick and reliable WiFi, free and secure luggage storage, fantastic location next to the house of terrors and the underground metro. The room was very comfortable, nice powerful shower, big tv and coffee making facilities. Bed was comfortable and nice pillows. Room was quiet except for the occasional police siren going past in the street but you never heard the general population below. Overall fantastic value for what you receive. I liked that the hotel had a bar in it too.

The area surrounding the hotel was great for transport, snacks, meals and drinks. Although it's busy for traffic , the hotel rooms had great sound-proofing! Bedrooms seem compact, but definitely had enough room once unpacked and contained everything we needed for a 6 night stay. The tall ceilings also make the rooms feel bigger. Great night's sleep - beds were so comfy!! The breakfast was a highlight too, plenty of selection and all to a high standard. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We also got engaged during our trip, and the staff left us a little surprise in the room to celebrate which was a nice personal touch. Will definitely return, and look forward to staying here again!
